Dear sisters, If there is one thing I´m REALLY sick of reading about, it´s blogs about calories, dieting, how to reach size zero... BLAH... Don´t get me wrong, if your health is at danger - you should consider some of these things and consult a doctor. What provokes me are skinny girls that are giving advise to other girls about how to loose weight and get even skinnier... UGH! What happened to being healthy, curvy, sexy WOMEN!??!? Point me to a man on this planet who will choose this: Over this?!??!?!! : If you are curvy, you should be PROUD of it!! Not try to hide it.. ! Eat healthy, work out and enjoy life! You´ll see that by accepting who you are and embracing it, you will be alot happier. There´s nothing sexy about a grey, starved, tired face... I could write a million things about this subject - and i probably will in the future, lol - since this is something i have alot to say about! Love S

Welcome 2011!!! A new year… A fresh start with 12 new months to fill with everything you wish you did in 2010. January has already begun – and what a positive and inspiring start it has been! I must say that 2010 was a rollercoaster year filled with incredible experiences. Here are a few: POSITIVE: Family – YEIIII In September my brother and his fiancé welcomed a baby boy, Sebastian. I might be the proudest aunt in the world, he is the most beautiful angel I have ever seen! I produced my first music video – YEIIII 2 Thanks to EACH and everyone that got involved and helped make my dream come true. Things have taken longer than expected, but I am confident that it will be worth the wait. A very special thanks to Audun “Fnotte” who got the ball rolling!! A big shout out to the camera-crew, makeup artist, stylist, actors, partners, friends and sponsors. You guys worked criminal hours and kept my spirit up during every single minute! I could never have done it without you. Last, but not least the talented director Simon Captiva who put everything together and made this a kick-ass video!!! Can´t wait to show the word what we achieved together! 2011 - get ready for the BAWS!! LOL My dancers – YEIIIII 3 After an audition, these two amazing girls came into my life. Ingrid & Malene – thank you for all the hard work you put in during 2010, it´s gonna pay off in 2011 J I also have to give a shout out to the awesome choreographer Nikita!! You rock! __ Then a little negative: I found out the truth about someone I trusted with my everything - L Let´s just say that the only one you can really trust is yourself. But, what doesn´t kill you makes you stronger – and a little word of advice to the one this concerns: When you get down and “pray” 5 times a day – you should ask for guidance to make it through one single day without lying, stealing and bringing shame to your fake name… End of story. __ I strongly believe that if you fight for something, and you put your heart in it, you might get burnt along the way –but in the end, people are gonna recognize that you are genuine. I´m so blessed to have the most amazing family, supportive friends and network. With your help, I´m gonna attach this new year with the spirit I think it deserves, Love S Music is my passion, singing is my life -> PRESS PLAY!

Hey everybody! It me Malene and Ingrid here. Me and Ingrid have now been to two dance competitions, and more its gonna be. The first we were on was Norwegian Cup in Oslo... We came there around two and our competition started at five a clock, so we were watching freestyle all the time before it was our turn to go on the dance floor. We were so excited for it, and its was so many hip hop dancers there, and so many good dancers. We are so happy for having the best dance teacher, Kistochka Mykyta Volodimiovich "Nikita " <3 he is the best teacher we could get, and we appreciate him for everything he is doing for us. we love you Nikita Here is a video of us dancing: And to our second competition. That was in Langvåg (Møre og Romsdal) That was County Competition ship. We won this competition, and we were happy for that. Its nice to go to other places for see other dancers and dancing;) i will post a picture of us an other time ;) see yah! Love from Ingrid and Malene =)

Workshop with JiG!

Hey! Last weekend Missy Elliot's dancer, LaDerryl "JiG" Hart, visited Molde for a workshop. For you who don't know what a workshop is, it is when a dancer come to teach other dancers what he can, for them to teach more and get more experience. At Molde's Jazzfestival 2010, JiG performed with Missy Elliot, and that's where we noticed him! We were so excided when we knew that he was coming to "Little Molde". We are alot of dancers in here and everybody was so stoked over him coming here!! The workshop was soo good! It was different styles of hip hop dance, witch is what we like. JiG is an amazing trainer and we cross our fingers and hope that he is coming back one day! My personal favourite dance from the workshop was the choreography to J. Holiday - Bed. And JiG, if you read this, you're amazing!! Here is video to the dance we teached (btw it's not us dancing. I will post a video of us later!) : - Love Ingrid
